Production of analysis and reports concerning the performance of the Italian dealers’ network.Sales Back Office team support. Creation and processing of commercial reports to be shared directly with the management of the company, e.g. Zone Managers, Sales Director, and Country Manager.Analysis and monitoring of KPIs through the use of various software such as Salesforce, SAP, and Cronos. Management of the information flows from orders to deliveries, forecasting the monthly number of sales for every dealer.
