The main result was to obtain a unique tool (instead of 3 different ones) to support the entire process with a significant increase in terms of timing, data accuracy and global efficiency.

Reporting to the Production Director based in Geneva:- Purchase orders management for Menswear RTW- Drafting reports and KPI to monitor suppliers performances- Key user for SAPGoals achieved:Created and introduced the vendor rating: a dashboard to monitor and evaluate regularly the performances of the suppliers (i.e. production lead-time, shortage quantity, on time delivery…) making more linear and standard the procurement activity.
