Ranieri is an Italian company certified ISO9001:2015, a sub supplier specialized in the pro-duction of industrial rollers: conveyor rollers, rubber rollers and cylinders. Our partners operate in different sectors such as the paper industry, earth moving machines, agriculture, wood and other industrial machines which need rollers upon technical drawing that reach diameter Ø520mm and length 3.150mm. Our strength:1) All the machining is made internally: balancing, boring, welding, grinding, milling, dril-ling, including also rollers assembled and ready to use (roller, shaft, bearings and seeger). 2) A modern and up to date machine park, with a department dedicated to the rollers pro-duction is able to produce rollers of different diamensions. The machine park includes a large series of Doosan Puma lathes, including the Puma 5100XLYA which is used to rea-lize rollers of a diameter Ø520 and reaches the length of 3.150mm. The company provi-des also a welding Robot and a DEA 3D machine for the quality control. 3) We can realize prototypes, small and bigger series upon clients specific indication and drawing: concentricity between phases, drawing allowences, quality control through the DEA 3d machine.4) In 2020 25% of the rollers produced were exported. We work with companies in Germa-ny, Belgium , Austria, Neatherlands and England with dedicated personnel for foreign countries.
