10+ years of experience in the Supplier Quality organization. First role as Supplier Quality Engineer where I worked in the fluid system commodity contributing to reach the team's targets of cost of quality and defect reduction. In the Sourcing Initiatives Leader role, since November 2015, I handled cross-commodities initiatives as Supplier Scorecards, Continuous Improvement program, Supplier Quality QMS simplification and Contractors qualification. I moved in the role of Sourcing Inspection Leader coordinating three people since March 2018. In this area I worked on renewing the structure of the supplier inspection management increasing competitiveness and quality of the service (-60% escaping defects at inspections in two years). Starting from the end of 2019 I have been involved in some “rewiring” programs as Supplier Quality Subject Matter Expert and since October 2021 I have been covering the role of Procurement Quality Program Leader with special focus on Technical Regulations & Standards matter while continuing managing key processes and initiatives and the supplier inspection program.
