Using compelling value propositions based on return-on-investment and cost/benefit analysis. Completion of the major steps of the sales process including finding new business opportunities, qualifying new opportunities, and closing new business. Coordination with pre-sales andprofessional services teams and participation in marketing events.

Planning and development of a BU Annual Business Plan and creation of a sales & marketing plan for Network and Digital Enterprise Solutions portfolio (data acquisition, cloud, IIOT and Artificial Intelligence) for the Italian market. Sales department support by providing the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise, giving direction to sales & marketing activities and setting targets on existing customers and new customers. Active promotion through direct visits and demos to customers. Development of sales tools and training material for sales, customer service, distributors and clients. Maintaining of market awareness and market intelligence, collecting feedback from sales force, customers and other sources. Support to the marketing communications team in the development of MarCom plans, in line with the BU business and marketing plan.

Product development and marketing strategies in order to maximize revenues. Relationship with the customers and distributors worldwide, with special focus on Japan, Korea and South Asia. Tight collaboration with all corporate functions to define the development of new products.

Support to design teams, development of design kits (PDK) and physical verification for BCD processes. Support and development of the PDK infrastructure/new tools to help and to improve software environment for designer and layout engineer and to enhance overall quality. Development and maintenance of the intranet site and web applications.
