As head of our receptive Group Travel Division in the Americas, I lead an international team whose focus is to source a competitive supply of land services and accommodation, negotiating contracts with the main hotel chains and service providers in the destination.As head of the destination I develop initiatives to attract new international market segments and increase brand visibility by actively selling North and Latin America to our clients and sales network.As part of my core responsibilities I develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to align the New York division with the growing needs of our international sales channels. I have also designed and implemented rebate programs within our supplier network.Notable contributions:• Built a successful receptive presence for KUONI Group Travel Experts in the Americas from ground up training and developing a team of 17. • Increased the total turnover to the destination by 35% over a period of 3 years, reaching a TTV of 21M by attracting new international markets with particular emphasis on the Asian and American source markets• Developed brand’s identity from Tour Operator specialized in European destinations to a well-known and competitive receptive operator in the American continent• Produced turnover of 2M+ over a period of 2 years by creating, training and successfully launching an Incentive Travel (MICE) team in the destination• Improved quotation accuracy and turn around by implementing quoting guidelines for North America

Managing an international team of 19 in Kuoni’s top destination with a turnover in the excess of 100M, I over saw all customer service of 700 international leisure and incentive groups a month including faith based, culinary, students, sports and thousands of individual travelers (FIT). In addition to being the head of this team, I personally developed new business and unique product acting as local business development. • Designed and managed site inspections with top accounts (300K and above), which generated additional revenue in the region of 2 to 3M.• Contributed to the design and implementation of operational processes to monitor quality, manage supplier relationships and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction (ratings in excess of 97%), and client retention which have now been adopted as best practices across the company’s worldwide destinations.• Designed and delivered customized Service Level Agreements with our top accounts
