• Managing an international team of 19 in Kuoni’s top destination with a turnover in the excess of 100M, I over saw all customer service of 700 international leisure and incentive groups a month including faith based.
• Designed and managed site inspections with top accounts (300K and above), which generated additional revenue in the region of 2 to 3M.
• Contributed to the design and implementation of operational processes to monitor quality, manage supplier relationships and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction (ratings in excess of 97%), and client.
