I’m an expert of organizational systems, from their design, through their implementation and their management. I’m an expert of lean or lean management. I was part of an international team led by Mr. Kazumi Nakada, a Japanese sensei who worked in Toyota with Taiichi Ohno, considered the founder of the management method of Toyota, which inspired the movement called "Lean" in western countries. I am a certified black belt within the six sigma methodology and I’ve trained several waives of green belts certification classes. I am a change agent, with the passion of continuously improving my leadership and coaching competencies. I help organizations increasing their effectiveness and efficiency by working on processes improvement, people growth and team building.My professional carrier started in automotive where, in more than 15 years working for american and german multinational companies, I have developed a significant cross functional experience from engineering, through product and process design, supply chain, production, quality, project management up to the responsibility of leading business units and manufacturing plants. In the last 10 years I’ve had experiences in food industry (Bauli and Zuegg groups) and machinery construction industry (Fayat/Marini) covering roles of growing responsibilities with international scope.I have managed several turnaround and business restructuring projects.
