I am responsible of the Italian branch of MarkIT, global b2b eCommerce company for IT goods.We help local and multinational companies in saving time and money for IT purchases.I am in charge of developing relationships with suppliers and customers and of sales coordination.

Sales manager for the East Lombardia and Emilia Romagna region, I managed existing customers and developed new businesses, helping clients in finding innovative technological solutions accordingly to their strategical goals and core business.

Sales manager for the Emilia Romagna region, I focused on new markets and new customers development, helping them in finding and developing technological and innovative solutions.I was awarded as "Circle of Excellence" for having exceeded every assigned quota and I was nominated as one of the three finalist for the European "Rookie of the Year" award.

As the technical reference for the marketing department, I worked on article and content production for national technical publications and tradeshows.The most interesting experience was taking part in the NIDays 2010 organization, a national tradeshow in which I had the opportunity of publicly speaking to a more than 500 people audience.

I provided technical support for developers and system integrators on all National Instruments software and hardware products.I also had the opportunity of teaching classes as a National Instruments Certified instructor.As an extra actitivy I was the coordinator responsible of the hardware of the Support Department in the role of hardware leader.

I was responsible of the security activities, performing for customers security assessments, network and system hardenings (firewalling, intrusion detection systems deployment, service hardening). I also worked on GNU/Linux system administration.
