Business Development consultant and Marketing Analyst for TradeLab, an italian independent consulting firm with core competences in business strategy for industrial companies and retailers. I mainly worked in the Retail & Channel Management field on market researches and analysis, marketing plans and business development for Fast Mover Consumer Goods Industries such as Food&Beverage producers, Wholesalers and Retail companies. I've been involved in Supply Chain and Marketing projects such as:  Research and Consultancy for Lavazza about the best distribution system in the Ho.Re.Ca. channel: interviews with the main Food&Beverage firms and analysis of the best procedures.  Feasibility study about RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology for its implementation in new industrial, GDO and retailing applications (in collaboration with Datalogic and MetroGroup); Research and consultancy for the Chamber of Commerce of Milan and FAI (Automotive Italian Federation) regarding the issues affecting the road transport in the Lombard and Milanese areas, with a particular focus toward the small and medium sized trucking enterprises; Publication of a research titled “The family as an enterprise”: focus on the spent and use of wealth/time of italian families according to a typological classification and the new spending power in the Euro era. I’ve been also Assistant to Marketing and Retail&Channel Management courses at IULM, with Professor Luca Pellegrini. From 2006 I joined the Commercial Director in the Marketing&Sales development of the firm: my commercial and consulting role has been mainly directed to production and promotion of market analysis and partnerships with companies belonging to the FMCG industry.

Interniship project has been focused on Market researches, Marketing plans, and feasibility studies for the development, the industrialization, and the commercial launch of new flexible packaging under copyright licenses.
