With 23+ years’ experience in ICT, Giorgio leads Innovation & Digital Technologies department at Snam, in charge of Corporate Innovation and Digital Technology IT and OT to contribute to the sustainable energy endeavor. My team is in charge of Open Innovation programs, industrial and corporate digital technologies and we lead large transformation programs in OT, AI, Productivity, Cyber and Cloud spaces.He has worked for almost 20 years for Microsoft, in charge of multiple roles. He has been Consulting and Support Delivery Director in Western Europe and he has designed, led and supported business critical solutions for enterprise customers, focusing on digital platform and manufacturing productivity.He is passionate about artificial intelligence, neuroscience and the way we learn, ultimately to contribute to create a better world for the next generation through a practical use of technology innovation.He lives in Modena, with Luisa, their two daughters and their dog. He works world-wide.He loves to read books, to travel and to run marathons all around the world.
