I'm DevOps transformations leader in AIS, the biggest telecom in Thailand. In this position, I have opportunity to reinvent software life cycle management (SDLC). It's the biggest transformation project in my work life. Modernizing and Securing a hundred applications have many challenges. I use the software engineer knowledge to consult all application owners to modernize them compatible with the twelve-factor app.In the first two years, I change the behavior of software development and operations from none centralized version control system to using GitLab and Sonartype Nexus. After implementing and training the SDLC to 500 developers in the company have been changing the way of SDLC from NAS and Share path to Git Flow development. The invalid code deployment is significantly reduced while the number of application deployments to production is rising. After that phase I got a new challenge to scale the DevOps platform (called MATADORSUITE) to support new features such as security, application lifecycle management, ITSM, etc. And scale the number of platform users to explain DevOps culture through the AIS. Guideline and transform software architects through the organization to modernize their applications. Applying the DEVSECOPS pipeline to the vast organization and helping them fix them requires a lot of negotiation experience, project management, and software architecture. I'm also the technology evangelist of organizations who's introducing new technology, framework, or methodologies such as Agile, LeSS, fight level, microservice, DevSecOps toolchain, AWS, Azure.
