Managing Project Consultancies with below Responsibilities:1. Manage Timeline of the project 2. Manage customer expectations about the project3. Setting up discussions between developers and the customers4. Manage Change Requests identified based of customer needs5. Manage Risks & Change Log based on findings during project lifecycle6. Manage Payment milestones

1. Work with the marketing team to ensure the requirements of the project from clients2. Manage the developers team by defining the technology used and the work role of each developers3. Create and maintain the base code of each part of the technology solution4. Divide the workload of the developers by choosing the software development methodology to be aligned with the timeline5. Set milestone weekly and monthly for each projects6. Set the code review policy for the projects internally
