BEES Product Manager Advisor- Work with CI&T Product Director, BEES Directors and BEES VP to do a Product Maturity Assessment for BEES.- Main responsibilities: - Conduct the Product Maturity Assessment data collect and analysis (Quantity and Quality data). Survey and Interviews to collect the data. - Data analysis and scores understanding to bring insights about the problems to the BEES stakeholders. - Work on the Assessment recommendations, understanding the problems and the BEES environment, to see which solution would fit best. - Next stage: Defining action plan and roadmap to start the optimization.

BEES Product Manager - Campaign Manager US- Work with different teams, peers, and stakeholders to clearly articulate product functionalities that meet the requirements. Responsible for the product life-cycle.- Develop and drive the product strategy for the campaign manager in the US. Identifying the opportunities for stakeholders and business, defining OKRs and product future. Own the roadmap and requirements.- Define and refine the product backlog and prioritize development efforts using proper business analysis, and data-driven analytical methods;- Build strong working relationships with internal teams such as Digital Comms.- Work with the analytics teams to define Product Metrics and KPIs and track them to improve product and team efficiency.- Highlights - Responsible for creating the plan to build a new platform to support the digital comms team to offer In-App/E-mail marketing/Push Notification campaigns to US users. - Campaign templates - Context: Offer campaign creative assets to the users in order to keep a campaign standard and decrease the campaign creation and review time.

BEES Product Manager Fintech- Work with different teams and stakeholders to articulate product functionalities that meet the requirements.- Develop and drive the product strategy for payments and credit teams. Identifying the opportunities for stakeholders and business, defining OKRs and product future. Own the roadmap and requirements for payments and credit products.- Define and refine product backlog and prioritization using proper business analysis, and data-driven analytical methods.- Build strong working relationships with internal teams such as Cart/Checkout, Post Sales, Pricing, and ABInbev's internal teams, within all the BEES Products and ABInbev's zones.- Work with the analytics teams to define Product Metrics and KPIs, and track them to improve product and team efficiency.- Highlights - B2B Credit Card for Ambev - Brazil - Context: Ambev is a brewery in Brazil, part of the ABInbev group. I was responsible for all the Product Strategy, Discovery, and Delivery within the scrum team. - B2C Credit and Debit Card for Zé Delivery and TaDa - Global - Context: Migration from Zé Delivery and TaDa to the DTC application, a B2C application. - B2B Cash Deposit - México - Context: Pilot to implement a payment option, where the user can pay with a bank slip anytime and not only in cash at the delivery. - B2B Flexible payments - Global - Context: Have flexible terms and taxes to pay an order according to the selected products, to boost the sale of products that sold less. Before the final development, we did a pilot to validate the hypothesis. - Pilot results for Brazil: Increase the sales in 25%. - Rollout to L’oreal partner.
