Atuei no time de "Value Stream". Esse time foi criado para ficar responsável pelas decisões, andamento e melhoria contínua de alguns programas da área de People, sendo eles: Admissão, Onboarding, Offers e Programa de Estágio. Entre minhas atribuições:• Contato constante com as áreas parceiras para efetuar admissões brasileiras e internacionais (Hiring Managers, Business Partners, Recrutadores, TI, Wellness, Payroll...);• Ser o principal contato para todas as novas pessoas admitidas, cuidando da jornada completa (desde a offer até o segundo dia na empresa). Durante essa jornada, eu era responsável por resolver qualquer problema no processo admissional;• Apresentação da parte institucional da CI&T no primeiro dia (em português e em inglês) e coordenação das apresentações das demais áreas;• Atualizações constantes nos templates de offer letter no sistema Lever;• Participação no projeto de implementar tecnologia AI no processo de recrutamento;• Participação no projeto de gameficação do processo de Onboarding desde o início;• Apoio em processos (searching e entrevistas) de recrutamento interno.

Fui alocada para trabalhar temporariamente em um time alocado na Europa. Tive a missão de aprender novos processos para auxiliar colaboradores com tarefas do RH, ao mesmo tempo em que os ensinava processos padrões da CI&T em um período de fusão. Também tive participação no recrutamento interno, alocando recursos entre as duas empresas. Durante esse período, minha comunicação se dava 100% em inglês.

• Responsible for internal announcements to employees and leadership, regarding business unit matters (for example, trainings deadlines, kick-offs, changes in the unit's employee's chart);• Support the teams in the recruitment processes (opening the job post on the system and observing the interviews);• Creation and administration of reports (overtime, pending trainings and diversity numbers); • Support the organization of events, meetings and trainings to develop leaders, employees and interns, talking with external suppliers and consultants; • Creation of materials and contents for teams development; • Administration and updates on documents regarding expatriation and promotions;• Reorganizing business unit chart according to position changes and promotions; • Focal point to answer questions about RH processes; • Member of the Emotional Health project, intended for employees in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Venezuela;• Creation of mensal report with information about Diversity and Inclusion destined to the business units, and also participation on lives with the same theme.

• Recruitment and selection, with active prospecting in different areas and hierarchical levels; • Participation in meetings with the client, to understand the desired profile for the position; • Search and screening of CV's in recruitment tools; • Telephone approach with potential candidates for the positions, seeking to understand skills and professional expectations; • Assembly of the technical record with the information of the candidates, after candidates go through the interview phase carried out by my manager, for us to defend the profiles for the client;• Market mapping.
