- Ensure that the Quality, Health, Environment and Occupational Safety Systems comply with the standards and procedures required by quality rules, applicable legislation, contractual requirements, and previously defined policies, ensuring the maintenance of ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 certifications.- Provide guidelines for the corporate QHSE documentation implementation such as plans, procedures, applicable standards, etc;- Establish, implement, maintain and conduct the continuous improvement of the entire QHSE system, providing guidelines for the implementation and verification of causes, corrective and preventive actions and opportunities for improvement;- Develop QHSE performance indicators (objectives and targets) related to the company's processes, determining the applicable methods and techniques, ensuring quality, safety and health at work, and environmental protection; - Ensure the development of QHSE management programs to achieve the organization's objectives; - Coordinate and execute occupational health and safety programs; - Manage compliance with legal HSE requirements;- Coordinate scheduled of internal and external audits;- Follow up on recommendations made to the audited areas to verify their implementation or the corrective actions taken; - Keep safety indicators up to date (accident rates, absences, causes, etc.); - Disclose the company's QHSE policies by preparing and distributing material on the subject, aiming to raise awareness and involve all areas of the company; - Identify deficiencies in processes, systems and activities, promoting awareness among employees and sections directly involved, aiming to engage them in the search for solutions and implementation of corrective actions; - Define, together with HR, the training program for the company's employees, when applicable; - Interact with subcontracted companies to identify needs for improvements related to QHSE management.

Project: C&A of Modules for FPSO Cidade Mangaratiba – in Nuclep (Itaguaí/RJ)- Responsible for the Monitoring and Control of the Shop Drawings issuance for Fabrication of the Steel Structure of the process modules together Engineering;- Responsible for the Planning and Control of production of all the activities of construction and assembly of Steel Structure of the process modules;- Responsible for the monitoring of the fabrication of steel structure in sub-suppliers;- Responsible for Non Destructive Test (NDT) Monitoring;- Responsible for the Control of direct and indirect manpower;- Responsible for the Control and Monitoring of physical and financial completion and release of measurement.

Project: Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit – in COMPERJ (Itaboraí/RJ)- Responsible for inspection of the manufacture and assembly piping and steel structures, covering the following activities: Material Receiving, Cutting, Fit-up, Welding, NDT, Dimensional and Painting;- Supervision the activities of pre-commissioning, monitoring hydrostatic testing in piping, valves and static equipment;- Follow-up of the project WBS focusing on physical progress and release financial measurement of the painting and manufacturing/assembly of piping and metal structure activities;- Responsible for the QA/QC of the construction and assembly activities, focusing on the analysis of procedures and reports based on national and international standards and contractual requirements;- Check list application using SALV System (Petrobras), monitoring of NDT execution and verification of final data-book;- Monitoring of the implementation and maintenance of the IMS;- Responsible for managing quality, piping and equipment meetings, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements process.- Monitoring and tracking the Productivity Study of Manufacture and Assembly Pipe with specialized staff UFRJ.
