Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Positivo (UP), certified by Ibmec: MBA in Financial Investments and Private Banking, certified by Ancord as an Independent Investment Agent, and currently serving as a Yard Strategist at APM Terminals.I entered the workforce at a very young age, starting in restaurants, supermarkets, and real estate, until I landed an internship at the Paranaguá Container Terminal - TCP, an experience that provided significant professional and personal growth.Between my internship and my role as Operational Planning Analyst at TCP, I had the opportunity to participate in and lead several improvement projects, including the implementation of the new operating system (Navis), automation of systems and processes, Machine Learning, resource and process optimization, operational strategies, among others.My major professional achievements at TCP were:- Contributing to the successful implementation of the Operating System (Navis), which led TCP to win the Navis Award 2017 in the Innovation category, recognizing agility and excellence in migration;- Directly contributing, through strategies and process optimization, to an average 17% increase in equipment productivity, setting numerous terminal records and ranking TCP as the most productive terminal in Brazil according to ABRATEC;- Implementing process improvements and standardizations, particularly those benefiting internal clients.In 2022, I was honored to be invited to join what started as the Shared Planning Center at APM, based in Panama, Central America.APM continues to challenge and motivate me to work towards the best outcomes for the terminals under our responsibility.Over two years, I achieved several awards for outstanding performance as a Senior Yard Strategist. However, the greatest achievement was acquiring new partners, training them, and witnessing their development.Presently, my challenge lies as Planning Lead, Yard Strategist & TOS Expert in another high-performance project at APM Terminals: Flow! I am part of the Americas team and provide support to global Flow activities since April 2024. Undoubtedly, this stage of my career will yield many more fruits. After all, with great humility and passion for what I do, the yard strategist plans the future of the terminal!
