Rio De Janeiro Area, Brazil

India

Oversaw and comprehensively managed the financial needs of the organization from area budgets to spending. The team of 150 employees and 4 Coordinators, allocated in two plants in India. Accomplishments: Through exceptional reorganization in the entries of the engineering area, reduced up to 10% less delay in answers, to the quality issues. Develop and rolled out the cost control system for products, obtaining reduction of $ 75,000 USD in the 2013 year.

Caxias Do Sul Area, Brazil

Managed the engineering planning department, prototype, technical standards, product configuration and seat layout areas. Technical responsible for the affiliated factories of Marcopolo in Mexico, Africa and Colombia.Accomplishments: Known as a leader in commitment to the sales area and the successful development in the weight calculation system, generating a reduction of 4 hours in the processing time. With exceptional motivation and commitment planned and executed the face-lift in the city double decker bus with the prototype area.

Brasil

Leaded the team of 12 engineers, improved working environment through constant one to one meetings. Introduced new routine in the development phase.Accomplishments: Saved over 10% in cost of product, through the new calculations of the structures during the development phase. Introduced monitoring indicators and control in, engineering and development, improving the deliveries in 25%.

Joinville Area, Brazil
