I'm currently a Total Rewards intern at dsm-firmenich, a leading company in flavors and fragrances. In this position, I work on Merge & Acquisition projects, supporting the design and strategy of Total Rewards for Latin America. I am passionate about developing my leadership, problem-solving, and customer relations skills.
