Work with vendors for appropriate store level support. Analyze product mix using category management to identify greatest opportunities. Careful analysis and troubleshoot of sales margins, labor and movement reports.Responsible for implementing regional and national programs, core mix, plan-o-grams, merchandising, and marketing programs in line with category plans.
