Current- Handled all phone calls related to apartment inquires, scheduling tours, maintenance requests and complaints.
- Scheduled and lead apartment tours and completed credit and background checks as well as leasing paperwork. Handled violations, evictions paperwork.
- Completed maintenance requests and followed up on completion.
- Followed up with prospects who have toured our property or/and that have contacted us via internet/email.
- Used Onesite software program for payment processing and Blue Moon for leasing contracts/renewals.
- Marketing to companies and attend events. Coordinated and set up events for the residents, employees.
