Giovanni is leading a dynamic and agile team with > 10 experienced managers that work in partnership to co-create and deliver transformational and sustainable healthcare solutions to guarantee patients access in Italy. VE&A team ensures that the organization is able to anticipate payers needs for pipeline and in-market products and provide strong evidences to support access for patients at prices that reflect value of Roche products and sustainability for the NHS.It takes a customer (National, Regional and Account) centric approach; ensures that stakeholders value drivers are incorporated into strategic planning (CDP, TPP, pricing strategy, payer evidence generation) and support Market Access field team to develop partnerships with local institutions to improve infrastructure, increase efficiency and expand access.
