My professional career in over 20 years has been articulated and specialized in the management of projects around the world of public infrastructure works. After an initial experience as an Engineer specialised in infrastructure design, in April 2004 I joined the Gavio-Impregilo Group (now WeBuild), which gave me the opportunity to hold the positions of Construction Manager and General Project Manager within the framework of multidisciplinary projects and in the field of big infrastructure projects. These experiences have allowed me to perfect my technical skills on the one hand, while on the other hand also developing management skills and implementing my soft skills.I currently hold the position of Project Manager (cert. IPMA liv. B) within the regional management of the company AFRY Switzerland SA, where I can contribute to its growth by virtue of the experience I have gained.Daily activities see me involved in management aspects that give me the opportunity to participate in the definition of company strategies as well as to personally manage the resources of my team, with full responsibility for the achievement of objectives and their professional growth. Management activities from an economic, technical and contractual point of view, together with the organization of a team of designers and technicians, have contributed to the development of my organizational, problem-solving and relational skills, and my ability to achieve results within the set deadlines. I consider myself to be a helpful person, always ready to help colleagues and offer my skills to help the team grow. In this respect, working in a team is an added value for the development of quality work in a serene environment. My profile is rounded off by the numerous experiences I have gained in diverse work environments and contexts, which have enabled me to develop flexibility in my approach to work and a broad perspective.
