I started the pastry job in 2009. I worked five years with 'Antica pasticceria siciliana' in Sliema. I used to make classic italian biscuit, croissant, doughnut, cakes and icecream. In 2014 I moved to Cateressence with a title of Chef de Partie and I learned the maltese style of a pastry laboratory and modern style of cakes and pastries. After 1 year i was promoted to Chef Tournant. From 2017 to 2022 I moved to james Caterers with the title of Junior Sous Chef. My actual ooccupation is at Xtrabuono coffee and I take care of the preparation of cakes and savoury for our cafeteria and for other restaurants with 2 assistants.
