Young researcher within the Management Engineering Department in charge of a project named RITMO2 (Reseach on Innovation and Technology in Multinational Organisations).My investigation, made through interviews and questionnaires, was the second step of a project dealing with the Knowledge Transfer and focused on know-how coming back to Italian headquarters of MNOs from foreign subsidiaries active in R&D and Production.The effectiveness of the main actions usually put in place by companies (as incentives, use of expats, social tools, ...) was proven (both with positive and negative results) over a sample of 65 companies and 109 competences transferred.I dedicated to the work one year full time, the results were documented and presented as my master thesys work.
