I am a third year student of Economics and Management at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.I currently hold the position of Head of the HR Career Development Team at Magnet Capital, a young consultancy agency for startups.I am a member and former Head of Human Resources of the Starting Finance Club Guido Carli.Over the years I have held various roles in the field of Human Resources:- HR Specialist in JE Italy - Junior Enterprises Italy, the national confederation of all Italian JEs.- HR Consultant in JELU Consulting, the Junior Enterprise of LUISS, since October 2021, where I started to gain my experience in the HR sector.I was also Sales and Partnership manager for the Online Magazine Dealogando and editor and member of the Steering Committee of the LUISS student newspaper, Globetrotter.I love books and I am a great fan of Finance, Psychology and Human Resources
