I pay great care and attention to detail when working as well as knowledge of health and safety procedures around a worksite. This is a result of 27 yearsexperience within the industry, of which 10 years attribute to working in West Africa. My day to day responsibility includes overseeing operations of the whole site, taking on staff and preparing the site and the installation of temporary offices and facilities before construction work is started. I specialise in glazing systems, Schuco & Metra, Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) assembling and installation and projects involving heavy iron structures. My previous experience has further provided me with a solid understanding of current building methods and regulations.Over the years, I have gained experience in efficiently planning and organising resources on construction sites to ensure project deadlines are met in addition to sticking to the pre-defined project budget. I am proficient in English and Italian enabling me to confidently communicate with clients or client representatives on the progress of the project. This also allows me to efficiently troubleshoot any issues which may arise regarding the site workers. Furthermore, my experience working within a multicultural team has increased my ability to work besides colleagues from all walks of life.
