Throughout my about 20-year professional journey, I've navigated intricate and dynamic Italian legal landscapes, assisting domestic and international players, investment banks and financial institutions in all phases that characterize these transactions (project development and acquisition, participation in tenders, due diligence activities, drafting and negotiation of joint-venture and co-development agreements, project contracts and finance documents), combining specific expertise in corporate and M&A, banking and finance, real estate, regulatory, public and administrative law.
