Quality Regulatory Manager
Current-managing certification of all marketed products (individuation of the correct technical standards to be applied, relationships with suppliers for monitoring certification processes , etc..)-control of the open projects with particular focus on respect of time for having all certification and other pertinent documents available;-relationship with testing laboratories and suppliers for overcoming the tests; -preparation and updating of technical construction files on all products;-answer to the customs' requests for allowing the product' sell;-preparing products' labels and manuals with safety alerts;-controlling products' packs, also supporting the Legal Department. in the matter;-supporting Legal Department in regulatory relationships with authorities and clients;-monitoring new technical regulations applicable to products, assessing the relating impacts for the Business inside and outside UE ;-negotiation with suppliers for controlling and reduce all certification costs;-performing internal audits and defining process flows;-risk analysis in all factory areas with measures of the risks found, definition of an acceptance level and mitigation plans;-managing environmental issues (RAEE, ROHS, REACH, etc.);-supporting Marketing Dept. for customer satisfaction surveys and on quality programs where the functionalities and performance of the products are involved;
