1 Postgraduate, 2 degrees and 3 countries that hosted me so far.Throughout my career in Sport Management I have gained several and solid experiences in the basketball world as a 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 and 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭, leading the club to compete at both national and European level.In the seven seasons in Virtus Eirene Ragusa, the top National Women's Basketball League, I covered the roles of Team Manager, 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 and 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, planning every aspect of the sport seasons, managing and aligning all areas (technical, medical, legal, of communication and administration), maintaining and strengthening external relations with Leagues, Federations, Associations, Partners & Sponsors and other clubs, negotiating the market and the contractual aspects with national and international agents, acting as a continuous organizer and problem solver and reporting directly to the President of the club.Over the years I have contributed to the achievement of four National Championship finals, two Italian Cups won (2016 and 2019) and the positioning among the top 8 clubs in Europe in the FIBA EuroCup Women competition (2017 and 2018).From 2017 to 2020 I was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Women's Basketball League.In May 2020 the desire to live new realities guided me to land in 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻, at the headquarters of Bratislava, initially as a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 (𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗢𝗽𝘀) for the Italian and Spanish market and from October 2021 as a 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗥𝗔𝗠), leading the business, negotiations and growth of a large Amazon vendors portfolio in the main EU marketplaces.Since April 2023 I have taken the opportunity to contribute to the organization of the major sport event in the world, the 𝐗𝐗𝐕 𝐎𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚 2026, as an 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 of the Organising Committee.My experiences and transversal skills foster in me the sensation of crossing the world diagonally.I like working in a responsible and qualitative way, I love helping and collaborating following the principles of integrity and transparency, I always consider myself open to cultural exchange and willing to listen, I believe in mutual respect, I love sporting events and I am a big fan of A.C. Participation in various workshops in Milan and Lausanne;• Transfer of knowledge to the IOC through the execution and coordination of the OCOG-Produced Content project;• Strategy, planning and coordination of the Paris 2024 Observers Programme, collecting the learning needs and requests of each functional area, of external stakeholders and determining a plan regarding the delegation (330+ participants), the operations, the logistic and hospitality aspects (allocation of rooms, travels, accreditations, activities) for Paris 2024;• Support in drafting and updating the Information Management Plan.
