As Market Manager in Sales & Marketing department, I have the responsibility for the implementation and management of the Product Development Planning process, and the development of Entry Plans in specific markets.As Regulatory Affairs Manager, I am responsible of the systematic control of legislative and regulatory changes and of providing continuous input to R&D. I also participate directly in associations and regulatory tables, addressing their activities and conclusions to support the group's products and technologies.I am president of Farecogaz Technical Committee Metering and Farecogaz representative in various EU bodies and associations: CEN TC237 and TC294, WELMEC WG11, Marcogaz WG metering I am member of several technical forums in the context of:• CEN TC237, where I am convenor of the WG10 on Thermal-mass flow-meter based gas meters• CIG (Comitato Italiano Gas), to define devices and networks specifications for gas smart meters remote management in Italy• UNI (Ente Italiano di normazione), to define water smart meters product specifications• DESNZ (UK department for Energy Security and Net Zero), steering the Smart metering implementation programme in Great Britain• BSI (British Standard Institute) as steering group member of PAS4441 for Components used in hydrogen gas metering

As Product Marketing Manager, I oversaw the analysis of gas smart meters market requirements and trends, in order to drive R&D development activities in the most effective way, enhancing synergies between different products and markets.As R&D project manager I had responsibility of coordinating R&D development and maintenance projects between the different R&D factories (Mechanical, Metrological, Electronics, Firmware, Integration &Validation) so that projects targets are met, in terms of quality, product cost and phase-in time.

As one of the first employees of MeteRSit, established in November 2009, I finalized smart meter specifications, collaborating and gathering inputs from internal teams and main customers.I planned and coordinated SW development and validation activities, performed with external companies, introducing in 2011 the first gas smart meter compliant to new Italian smart meters' regulations.I supported processes definition in order to ensure a smooth production cycle, constantly liaising between three R&D premises in Italy and two production sites, in Italy and Romania.
