Using MQTT and AWS libraries with Arduino IDE, I'm able to upload the software in ESP8266 , read temperature and humidity and publish on a MQTT topic defined in AWS IoT core. Using AWS IoT analytics I collect data from the topic and prepare datasets to be further used with QuickSight or Elasticsearch for analysis and aggregation.
