As the Vice President Marketing at Joffrey's Coffee & Tea, I am responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and marketing for one of the first specialty roasters in the Southeast United States. With over 20 years of experience in branding, digital marketing and e-commerce, corporate communications, business development, lead generation, customer relationship management, social media, event planning, project management, public relations, and multicultural marketing, I have a proven track record of delivering results and creating value for our customers, partners, and stakeholders. Expanded our product portfolio to include Licensed Disney products, enabling the organization to enter grocery and retail. Directly oversee the marketing and brand management for wholesale distribution of our products nationally to world-class resorts and hotels, fine restaurants, cruise lines, broadline distribution partners, and office coffee solutions. Previously, spearheaded the launch and marketing operations for CENTRO Tampa, the leading Spanish-language publication and website in Tampa Bay, and led the CRM efforts at Verizon Telecommunications in the Florida market. I am passionate about diversity, health, and education, and have been involved with various community and professional organizations, such as the City of Tampa Mayor's Hispanic Advisory Council, the National Society of Hispanic MBA's, and Equality Florida.
