Current• Act as the daily client contact for assigned projects, developing relationships with clients and working closely with them to learn their business needs.• Work closely with all agency department staff to develop and implement strategic project plans• Analyze clients input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, to produce full communications plans• Manage IT projects through all phases of project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing… Show more • Act as the daily client contact for assigned projects, developing relationships with clients and working closely with them to learn their business needs.• Work closely with all agency department staff to develop and implement strategic project plans• Analyze clients input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, to produce full communications plans• Manage IT projects through all phases of project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support• Create a Specification Requirements System Document in order to continually manage clients expectations.• Present project demonstration to ensure client satisfaction and accuracy before launch of software.• Provide leadership to our programmers for technical production, including budget control, production timetable, status reporting, client/team project coordination and quality assurance.• Oversee system usage at each installation site to assess training needs and identify any up-sell opportunities to increase revenue production.• Consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, technical support, identify new contacts in the organization and offer training to those contacts to ensure proper use of installed software/applications.• Demonstrate focus on value and ROI• Analyze current online marketing campaigns and optimize existing campaigns to increase conversion rate using Google analytics and call tracking.• Communicate with clients bi-weekly and monthly in regards to their marketing campaigns.• Present periodic dashboard reports on current projects, future opportunities and client issues.• Establish rapport and maintain communication with stake holders at multiple levels including those external to the organizationAchievements:• Moved company up from a level of thousands to one of the top 10 Vendors on Guru within a two year period.
