Activities:• discussing the inventions and the patenting process with clients• conducting prior art searches and analyzing technical documents in order to evaluate novelty and freedom-to-operate• investigating the patentability of inventions and suggesting filing strategy• drafting Italian, European and International patent applications• drafting design applications• prosecuting Italian, European and foreign patent applications• monitoring new applications filed or new patents granted in a selected field and/or in the name of a particular competitor (patent watch)• assessing validity and infringement of granted patents

Internship focused on Information Security:• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Sun IdM (Identity Management).• Security Operations Center (SOC): McAfee SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).

Internship directed to study issues related to:• Microsoft Server operating systems (Windows Server 2008 R2)• “Private Cloud” (Microsoft Hyper-V)• general activities related to Windows infrastructure management (Active Directory, network services)
