Osservare, sperimentare e raccontare sono sempre stati driver per le mie passioni. Queste tre fondamenta della mia vita sono alla base anche della mia carriera professionale. Non ho mai apprezzato i percorsi imposti o routinari.Proprio per questo ho approfittato del periodo di lockdown 2020 per convertire il "riposo forzato" in scrittura e sperimentazione della comunicazione su nuovi media come TikTok e Instagram.Risultato? Sto completando un saggio socio-economico che descrive una nuova forma di Società, alternativa e futuristica (il lettore certamente la definirà utopica) e quotidianamente creo video in cui racconto viaggi, esperienze, tecnologia ed auto che raggiungono centinaia di migliaia di ascoltatori (al momento mi seguono più di 300,000 persone ogni giorno ed i miei video hanno totalizzato più di 200 milioni di visualizzazioni). Nell'estate del 2021 ho anche ideato il format video #teslaontheroad con l'obiettivo di promuovere un tipo di turismo ecosostenibile alla riscoperta di località e strutture meravigliose sul territorio italiano.Alcune aziende, marchi e istituzioni con cui ho collaborato per campagne marketing sui miei canali social: Tesla, AlfaRomeo (anche come pilota 1000 Miglia), Reefilla, TikTok, Lotus, Banca Sella, Mastercard, Haier, Roche, Lundbeck, Coripet, Arexons, Cleanfox.

Backed by family assets I founded the Company in 2007, initially focusing the business on the production, transformation and international sales of cereals and organic foods (exp. rev. in 2021 >€350k).I diversified the business twice (rev. growth rate ≅ 50% in 2 years). Specifically I activated two large successful investments, partially backed by European funds (€100k and €90k respectively) obtained through national competitions (PSR 2007-2013 and PSR 2014-2020) that our Company won.During the years I had the opportunity to experience an extremely wide variety of events of the Company. I managed the setup phase facing all the expected and unexpected challenges with the Italian bureaucratic system, I spent few years analysing the market of cereals and then I personally developed specific proprietary new products (i.e. Minette snacks and Risotto Sei tu lo Chef boxes) both responding to an existing demand and creating audiences for new products.Moreover, I decided to renovate some buildings of the ancient Farm (it dates back to the 16th century) in order to create a new kind of touristic hotel that was lacking in the town of Pavia. We therefore opened the "Agriturismo Cascina Mora" in 2011 and immediately became the first hotel for price/quality ratio in the area.After almost 10 years in the Company that reached a stable growth, I decided to proceed onto new life experiences and I am currently participating as a shareholder.

Wimbietech was born as the merge of diverse small consultancy firms operating in strategy, marketing and software development. Together with other partners (software specialists, scholars, and analysts) I co-founded the firm with the aim of providing a variety of performance optimization services to small and large organizations. The core business areas are: people management, personal branding, omni-channel management, software development.I supported the development of two proprietary software projects: Youdico and PeerScore.Youdico was a mobile platform addressed to a large audience of end users. It was deployed as a tool that allowed users to rate personal and work relationships between them. In a few weeks it showed to have a great engagement power, indeed it registered tens of thousands of ratings provided by users subscribed.PeerScore was designed as an add-on to be implemented on SAP HR module. It provided organizations of any size with a cross-platform tool that allowed them to measure employees net promoter scores and the dynamic evolution of people competences. Additionally, the solution was made accessible to managers in order to allow them to compare results of different teams and boost performances of the workforce.In 2017-2018 I worked as PM for a Project called "Monasteri Imperiali", the client was a well known Italian cultural foundation. The Project included some archeological researches with innovative techniques (i.e. geo-radar, paleopathology) applied by highly esteemed professors. I coordinated some of the communication activities of the Project, I contributed to the creation of a web portal where to constantly upload of the results of the researches and optimized the content of the portal for a large audience, boosting the web reputation of the town of Pavia.

I joined the financial branch (Financial Services Partners) of the consultancy firm BIP as a business analyst expert in the mobile payments industry.I focused my project management activities on the transformation and innovation processes of large European financial institutions.More specifically, I assisted to the RFP phases for a project related to innovative payments seeking to reach a high level of interoperability among networks of banks – Client: UniCredit (Milan, IT)I worked as Functional Analyst (PMO) for a corporate eBanking integration project – Client: Bank Austria (Wien, AT) – Delivery Unit: UBIS (Munchen, DE)

Together with a team of six international specialists met during my studies abroad I founded the Company with the aim of creating the market for a mobile platform we had developed, called OnDaMove.At the beginning, I managed the start-up phase and, with one of my partners, I focused on designing the architecture of the solution for the mass market. The platform, available both in web versions and mobile native applications, reached a great success in terms of active users but could not find the right path to make financials solid. Soon we realized that in order to scale the business we could not rely only on our private funds and needed bigger assets.Therefore we switched our initial mass commercial scope to a more research-based one. Hosted by Beta Lab at Bocconi University, we re-designed the architecture of the solution and developed specific algorithms that made the platform a great tool for large organizations.We collaborated with scholars and professors in order to improve the significance of our approach to data collection (GPS information) and data analysis (innovative agent-based models).The newborn platform, called UnCLE enabled large academic institutions and enterprises to obtain a better view of activities taking place within their social environments and to improve their performances in terms of services provided to users and customers.

While completing my bachelor program at Bocconi University, I had the opportunity to join a great Company and to perform a job rotation in the Capital Markets and Project Finance divisions. This experience was extremely important for me mainly because the people I had the pleasure to work with taught me how synergy and mutual understanding are crucial in the daily life of any organization.In particular, during my internship I assisted and contributed to the preparation of a bond issue on the financial market.While working at Edison, I developed my B.A. thesis on a real case study (international project finance in the energy industry)

My very first work experience was in Cambridge, UK back in 2005, when I was still 17 years old. I had been going to the UK since I was a kid, attended schools in there and finally had chances to face real work challenges in a radically new and professional environment. Specifically, I worked as Catering Assistant at the Riverside Place that belongs to the Cambridge University Centre.During the weeks I spent at Riverside, I had the opportunity to meet great people that taught me how flexibility and responsiveness are crucial when diving in new environments.
