During the Action Project for Volkswagen Group of America, our team was asked to validate a newly developed way to produce low cost composite components at a rate capable of large volumes. Further designing a business case study focusing on the feasibility and sustainability of implementation of the technology in series production, and a marketing and sales campaign to launch the new model for Volkawagen's North American market in 2020.

Identified and developed new business opportunities while providing strategic advisory and engineering services to improve manufacturing productivity. Interfaced with clients to identify requirements, conduct research, analyze data, and deliver solutions. Managed various projects through all phases. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Managed full cycle of more that 20 unique projects totaling over $200k in sales• Designed, planned and executed aerial conveyor system project for Kimberley Clark Venezuela; driving $130K in revenue• Created, proposed, and quoted over 100 system solutions, resulting in over 70 orders• Provided oversight and managed key client accounts including Kimberly Clark Venezuela C.A., Pfizer Venezuela C.A., Nes-tle Venezuela C.A., BSN Medical Venezuela C.A., and Sanford Brands Venezuela LLC

Conducted research, collected data, and redesigned and built new equipment. Performed field research utilizing surveys and interviews. Defined client needs with respect to cost, operational performance, fabrication, regulations and ergonomics. Investigated the design and functionality of intricate machines to collect data and generate redesign algorithms with applicability to all equipment components. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Managed engineering team throughout two new machinery development cycle, from ideation, design reviews, prototyping, reliability testing, supplier sourcing, to production while adhering to established timelines• Reverse engineered food processing equipment and re-designed it using SolidWorks and Inventor, generated new blue prints and manufacturing know-how achieving a 47% reduction in acquisition cost and 6.3% reduction in operational cost
