My expertise spans from architectural design to construction industry, building sustainability, refurbishments, home staging and technical expert reports.Moreover, I specifically trained in business plan assessment to manage the finances and supervise the building progress of a variety of sports facilities of any size, ranging from a playground to a stadium.I am renown for my ability to carry out a wide variety of design and development projects and conceptualizing new ideas as needed, always inspired by the key concepts of functionality and efficiency. Over the years I have gained expertise in project assessment, contract negotiations, project management, budgeting, and clients relations.During my university studies, I had a special interest in landscape architecture, restoration of historical buildings and sustainable architecture. My foreign experience at the University of Coimbra in Portugal, allowed me to carry out specific studies on civil engineering. I perfected my graphics and printing skills at the School of Arts.I have obtained the registration certificate at ARB and I am now legally operating as architect in UK. In July 2017 I’ve also been elected into RIBA Chartered Membership, I’m a fully qualified and experienced Architect.Nowadays technology helps us a lot but we must always be up-to-date.
