I’ve always been passionate about improving the way people work, using the latest and more advanced technologies in order to support human life to achieve more, and faster, and more deeply. This is what guided my career from the real beginning till the present moment, in which I am collaborating with PwC on strategic automation engagements while leading a delivery center of innovative technologies in South Italy. I started my work life as a computer science engineer, holding a PhD in the area of neural networks and application optimization. Then I moved to ICT consultancy, playing different roles in the software development domain, either in local and international environments, where I become a solution architect in the CRM area, leveraging different technologies to improve customer experience and create a consistent end-to-end customer journey. Before having the responsibility of driving the Automation group in PwC, I’d been working on solutions to optimize/automatize processes with an agile and business driven approach, managing digital transformation programs mainly in Banking and Telco sectors. BPM, Dynamic Case Manager, Smart Dematerialization, Robotics and AI technologies are part of the toolkit I have gained experience in. In the last years I've been focusing also on creating effective delivery teams, setting up the internal processes to maintain high quality standards.
