I was offered a consultant role at Prophet after moving to the Los Angeles Area. During my career at I functioned as a liaison between the company and clients during the implementation of Prophet ERP Software. My responsibilities included documenting client workflows and providing the best solutions for enhancing user experience. I oversaw appropriate resources and assessed the need for workflow changes and modifications throughout the implementation process. Additionally, I provided technical specifications for modifications to design and development teams, and offered training and documentation to system champions of the ERP software.To ensure smooth implementation, I configured and tested systems to reduce unexpected implications, created custom software workspaces tailored to client needs and specific user tasks, and assisted clients with comprehensive testing plans during software updates or upgrades to ensure system continuity. I provided onsite end-user support during go-lives and upgrades, and offered continuous software support for implemented clients. My role also involved utilizing SQL to examine data and create analytical data browsers, maintaining internal servers with the latest software builds and development releases, and training and guiding associate implementation consultants and client support staff. I was offered the opportunity to work alongside Terry Stasio in the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning system in early 2012. Together we cleaned and imported all static data, configured the entire system for our company, helped prepare reports, and created specifications to bespoke parts of the system for development. I provided ongoing support for our Enterprise Resource Planning system after going live early 2013. Furthermore, I have implemented automated office solutions, assisted in restructuring of employee duties, network and systems administration, and provided IT analysis.

At FreshKO Produce Services I dispatched produce delivery drivers to appropriate locations, specifications, or needs, over the phone or by radio. As a dispatcher I prepared daily work and delivery schedules, assisted in the receipt and preparation of purchase and sales orders, and communicated with customers and vendors. Other duties included research and planning of outside haulers and pricing to ensure the most efficient service providers at the best prices.Daily obligations included monitoring personnel and equipment location, recording and maintaining files and records of customer requests. Furthermore, I would relay messages, and information to or from drivers, supervisors, vendors, and customers. I helped advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards. Most importantly I worked to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
