Quality and Technology manager, in Peru plant, responsible to lead the quality team, in follow quality requirements and standards (TS 16949, corporate requirements) and lead activities to improve quality, performance, reduce losses e optimize cost.

Responsible to manage commercial tires quality team, producing more than 5,000 radial median truck daily. Focused on follow standards (corporate, OEM customers), maintain and comply w/ certifications (TS 16949) and improve product performance, which are very important on commercial market. Also, support manufacturing team to increase capacity in high value added product line.

Responsible to manage local tire engineering (NPI) and quality assurance team (support to OEM customers, maintaining certifications as TS 16949, corporate quality requirements).

Responsible to create and implement locals tire uniformity teams.

Responsible to maintain and improve the quality and also to drive product performance and cost optimization initiatives, within consumer tires business, which produces more than 30,000 tires per day.

Responsible to drive quality initiatives within consumer tires team as coordination of internal and external quality audits and new products release.
