Product management: - Benchmarking various components of pneumatic conveying system (e.g. air filters, airlocks, pipe diverters) on market potential, manufacturing costs.- Managing Design-to-Cost (DtC) projects to improve the profitability of pipe diverters.- Collaborating with Bühler manufacturing sites in Europe and Asia (mainly China) to standardize the universal motors.- Analyse installation and customer complains (via CAQ system).R&D:- Setting up test benches for DtC-projects and prototypes from suppliers (e.g. control unit for air filter, pilot diaphragm EPDM, etc.)- Analyse & improve the passive explosion protection capability of Bühler's filters according to ATEX and NFPA68-2018 standard.- Collaborate with suppliers/compliance to certificate various product conformities (for explosion resistance/protection): ATEX, EACEx, etc.- Create Safety analysis (SANA) regarding to explosion danger of various filter types.
