Responsible for oversight of all digital strategies and creative functions of Brentwood Baptist Church, one of the largest churches in Tennessee. Primary responsibilities lie in three areas: first, development of strategies and operations for all church digital properties and other online platforms, second, development of strategies and implementation of social media across all ministry areas, and third, oversight of branding and creative processes.

Overseeing creative for all media within LifeWay Church Resources. Currently working on establishing creative for new product lines such as a new curriculum called The Gospel Project. Responsible for creative on all streaming events including Secret Church with David Platt, Living Proof Live with Beth Moore and Going Beyond with Priscilla Shirer.Led a team to craft creative content for 30 different events with over 400,000 attendees spanning all age groups. Led creative development for Beth Moore, Priscilla Shirer and various other authors. Increased team throughput by 100% with a only a 10% increase in staff. Developed and maintained branding standards for LifeWay's flagship event brands. Implemented Phase 1 of LifeWay's events mobile app strategy. Launched mobile apps for LifeWay Kids and LifeWay Women.

Led digitization efforts for the Student Events employment application which resulted in the new basis for LifeWay's current employment application process. Managed creative direction for events at resort locations, which included brand identity and mixed forms of media. Coordinated the bidding out processes for large venue production companies connected to various events.
