Shaping solutions for overcoming data monopolies.Together with the feenk team, we drove the technical side of the polypoly proposition. We explained the domain of data privacy and architected a technical solution for creating a new data economy. I helped companies deal with large systems through explicit and continuous assessment. For example, together we steered the architecture with agility, manage technical debt, split monoliths into services, or migrate projects.

As an innovation lead, I worked with people to do what they otherwise would not. This involved rethinking both processes and product design.As a team lead, I worked with the core development team to reinvent the way to deal with a large legacy system. Besides coaching, this also involved various paths such as creating a custom continuous delivery infrastructure to deal with the quirks of an old system, reorganizing the internal structure to ease development, or improving troubleshooting and debug-ability through custom tools.

I gave a course on Formal Methods in Computer Science for the first semester bachelor students from the University of Zurich. There were around 130 students.
