A multi-tasking leader with over 8+ years of qualitative experience in formulating strategic plans of civil engineering projects; established entire operations with key focus on profitability of Material selection & Materials analysis of Commercial and Residential and Structural Works ● Preparation of material submittals as per the specifications & to get the approvals from the consultant and clients● Monitor and update Material Submittal works according to the project specification requirement of all construction material used in projects & submit to the consultant● Follow up and verify the implementation of Material Logs● Follow up & review the site material updated and certificates of compliance● Follow up the material approvals to get final approvals from the authority● Arrange factory visit with the client or consultant to each manufacturer, fabricator or subcontractor and prepare the report for client approval.● Providing technical advice about the suitability of materials● Liaising with suppliers, customers and manufacturing/development staff● Overseeing operational quality control process● Coordinate with suppliers & comply the specifications vs compliance & technical comparison vs test reports for the proposed materials ● Analyse materials on manufacturing, product, supplier & customer concerns● Interpret results, write reports and communicate with engineers● Observes / participate in product testing process as appropriate● Identifies, selects, and recommends materials based on weight, strength, heat & cold tolerance, cost and durability● Analyse product failure data and laboratory test results in order to determine causes of problems and develop solutions● Monitor material performance and evaluate material deterioration ● Preparation of O & M Manuals as per the consultant & client’s requirements● Preparation of Method statements ● Monthly Qa Qc reports preparation & submission
