 Lead & conduct daily toolbox talks with site workers at the beginning of each day. Daily reporting to Project Maintenance Manager for work progress and task completion. Control & monitor contractor during the day-to-day work of material receipt, storage handling, preservation & his compliance with project specification and procedures. Review and prepare project documents including scope of work, preservation documentations, operation manual, preservation manual and storage plan, all related drawing, specifications etc. Prepare database for the entire tags and materials for which preservation is applicable and manage the database in the project completion software. Coordinate & follow up with procurement, warehouse, project team, trades, client and vendor for the preservation activities, requirements related documentation and records. Responsible for tracking and reconciliation of procured materials. Supervise preservation team. Carried out periodic surveillance of mechanical, electrical & instrument equipment and piping materials. Ensures contractor provides material status with detailed packing list, delivery note, certificates, BOL, and detailed shipment documents. Supervision of proper storage and preservation of materials and warehouse workers activities according to company policies and procedures. Responsible for Contractor's purchase orders, plans and specifications as they apply to the materials and equipment to be delivered to site & the storage & preservation requirements of each and review them frequently. Produce weekly/monthly reports of current status issues relative to maintenance & preservation plan & ongoing activities. Performing all contractors incoming materials inspection with QC team, verifying all necessary documents and approving the contractor GRN and joint material inspection report. Allocating the area to all contractors for materials storage.

South Sudan

 Making sure company HSE standards following by all involving in Material & Logistics Operation and conduct daily TBT. Provides daily updates to management on all materials movements. Coordinate logistic & procurement dept to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments tracking. Assist with the reconciliation of surplus material and preparation for backload. Maintain accurate records of received and outstanding requisitions & cargo manifests and track PO. Work closely & liaise with well engineering team, of all third-party vendors & logistics team. Ensure all equipment is inspected, certified, and transported safely prior to Site dispatch. Responsible for all safety stock levels of dry and liquid bulks to support operation. Maintain updated inventory records & supervising organization of storage facilities. Preparation of workorder wise materials reconciliation and submission for each wells & OGM  Controlling / Monitoring of warehouse & Materials Yard All materials inspection with QA/QC department & Preparation of JMIR (Joint Materials Inspection Report) , RFI & related all documentation & obtaining approval from Client Materials supply to client and preparation billing & submission. Preparation of SMR (Site Materials Request) for the consumables upon reached at Re-Order level / Based on average consumption Monitoring of First in First out materials. Project materials, plant maintenance spares & consumables stock updating & sent to HO daily basis
