• Responsible for end to end recruitment and selection as per the requirement.• Fresher, Lateral and Leadership hiring.• Prepare Job Descriptions, Hiring forecasting in line with the concerned stake holders. • Recruitment through diverse source like Job portals, social media, consultants, Campuses, reference, head hunting and advertisements in newspapers. • Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing.• Rolling out the Offers to the selected candidates. • On-boarding / Joining formalities.• Carrying out induction & orientation programme to the new employees. • Completing the formalities for background verification.• Vendor Management.• Maintaining Complete Recruitment MIS reports of the Organization. • Publish defined periodical MIS to the internal and external stakeholders.
