Project aim is to implement the Travel and expense reporting module of SAP retiring the existing tool ConcurResponsibilities:  Studying the existing expense reporting tool (GEAC) for understand the AS IS business process Gathering the business requirements for the travel and expense reporting processes from End users. Preparing the business blue print for the Travel planning with Amadeus Reservation system, Travel and expense reporting process and Credit card clearing process. Preparing the functional specifications with the required expense types and travel business rules. Building a prototype for travel management functionality demonstration.  Configuration of travel planning module with external reservation system AMADEUS.  Configuration of the Travel Expenses module – Travel Expense types, Trip Reimbursement Amounts, Creating wage types and assigning the wage types to travel expense types.
