To date they have built 5000 houses in Malaysia. Giri’s key responsibilities include the management of scope, design, construction, and handover of 2 major residential units ((4000sq. ft.) bungalows ) (Budget of MYR 400,000.00):▪ Coordinating procurement of materials for the construction of the bungalows and negotiated pricing with external vendors/suppliers, and logistics/transportation of building materials.▪ Ensuring that the quality control of the bungalows and houses met all necessary technical specifications outlined in contract by coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors.▪ Finalising the project financials throughout the project (actual vs budget) up until handover to clients.Key Achievements: ▪ The 2 unit bungalow project was 5% under projected budget due to early completion.
