Responsible for full life cycle of Recruitment process-1.To board new clients & get requirements.2. Follow-up with Clients by making cold calls.3. Responsible for hiring of MBA professionals for Client requirements (Managers).4. Understanding the client's needs & processing the deliverables within a stipulated time frame. 5. Sourcing of domain expert candidates at various levels (Executive to Project Manager). 6. Pre-screening the resumes before short listing. 7. Counsel the candidates on interview pattern. 8. Coordinating interviews between panel and the candidates.9. Coordinating telephonic and personal interviews for the short listed candidates as per the schedules.10. Periodic follow ups are made to ensure the candidates take the interview call. 11. Giving interview feedbacks to the candidates.12. Up-Dating the trackers on day to day base and give proper reports to the management and as well the clients.13. Updating recruitment tracking system regularly.14. Maintain database of profiles to achieve a healthy recruitment turnaround time.15. Organizing and coordinating walk-in drives for various skill-set requirements.16. Providing status on the requirements to the managers as when required.17. Interacting with the client and getting the feedback.18.
