o Interact with Business Stakeholders, Content Operations, Process excellence, Automation and Development teams to own & develop content roadmap to fulfil all business requirements.o Provide leadership, break projects into manageable phases, and setting priorities to development teams, QA teams, and other specialists.o Represent company financials content in client integration and post-sales support of financials and reference data products for both internal & external customers.o Contribute to various stages of Software Development Life Cycle – Requirement analysis & defining, document functional testing use-cases and Deployment & maintenance using Iterative waterfall model.o Perform research and assimilate business intelligence impacting direction of content strategy and data collection

o Manage global quality team of 50+ individuals responsible for quality and risk management of company financials team.o Plan, Define, & Implement right levels of control and measures leveraging automation to drive quality improvement initiatives and build a strong yet flexible workflows.o Primary point of contact for all company financials content related queries/escalations. Monitor nature of queries and action to enhance customer experience by improved resolution time and quality of responseo Drive initiatives aimed to improve content collection process efficiency & effectiveness using Lean Six Sigma tools

o Company financials is repository of financials information of 100K active & inactive public companies and 3 Million Private companies.o Primarily responsible for collection of financial information (income statement, balance sheet, cash-flow, and supplemental footnotes item) published by companies in their annual and interim reports.o Perform quality checks of content analysts, mentor them to improve their learning curve and help team leaders to manage performance of analysts.
